How it works
- Tell us who you are. Name, company and work email. No password.
- Pick what you need and the series that matches your readout: Dual Master, or Single Master low or high amp.
- Enter your size in inch or millimeters: min and max for a gage, nominal for a master. Choose clearance, options and material.
- Choose the style. Each card shows a drawing with the jet in its real position and the standard dimensions for your size.
- Add accessories and masters. Handles, hoses and extensions are filtered to fit, and setting masters are offered at the right sizes.
- Submit. Your quote arrives by email as a PDF with a quote number, itemized pricing, dimension drawings and our terms.

How long does it take?
About two minutes for a single gage. You'll see the price as you build, and the PDF quote arrives by email within a minute of submitting.
Do I need an account?
No. Enter your name, company and work email so we can send the quote. There's no password to create.
How long is the quote valid?
30 days.
What's the lead time?
Typically 5 to 6 weeks for gages under 2.500" and 7 to 8 weeks for larger sizes. Expedited delivery may be available; ask.
How do I pay?
First orders are by credit card. Established customers see their own terms on the quote. To pay by ACH or arrange terms, reply to the quote email. Shipping is FOB Galena, Illinois.
Are there quantity discounts?
Yes. Order 2 or more of the same gage and a 5% break applies automatically; 4 or more, 10%. If you also have a promotion code, you get the larger of the two.
Which series do I pick?
Dual Master works with most adjustable two-master readouts and needs two setting masters. Single Master Low Amp matches Dimensionair D-2500 to D-8000 readouts; Single Master High Amp matches D-10000 to D-32000. If you're not sure, pick Dual Master or call us.
What if my part isn't a standard gage?
Use Talk to us in the configurator, or email a print to info@airgaging.com. Custom gages, snap gages, rifle gages and special applications are quoted by hand.
Does a person check my quote?
Yes. Every quote is reviewed before we build. If anything looks off, we'll call you before it becomes an order.
