Multi-diameter

Multi-circuit gages

One plug or ring with several jet sets reads two or more diameters in a single insertion, paired with a multi-input readout.

Form

Out-of-round and taper

Jet arrangements that read ovality, three-lobe out-of-round, or the difference between two diameters along a bore.

Hard to reach

Special bores

Deep bores with factory extensions, blind bores close to the bottom, narrow lands with slot jets, and miniature holes.

How a custom gage comes together

  1. Send the print with the features to gage marked, the tolerances, and your production rate.
  2. We recommend the approach: jet layout, Dual or Single Master, masters and readout.
  3. You get a formal quote with drawings, then we build, set and certify the gage.

Questions

What if my part fits a standard gage?

Then the online configurator will price it in minutes. Standard air plugs, air rings and setting masters don't need a custom quote.

Do you make taper gages or complete measuring stations?

Not any more. We focus on air tooling, masters and readouts; ask us and we'll suggest the best way to gage your part.

Will a custom gage work with my readout?

Yes, in most cases. We build Dual Master tooling for any two-master readout, and match Single Master tooling to your readout's amplification.
