Refund policy

Returns

Standard catalog items purchased online may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Request a return first. Email info@airgaging.com or call (815) 242-0027 with your order number and we will issue a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused.
Restocking fee. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived defective.

Items that cannot be returned

Custom-made tooling, including air plug gages, air ring gages, air snap gages and setting masters made to your dimensions
Special-order items and items built to your specification
Software, and items that have been used, installed, modified or damaged after delivery

Damaged or incorrect shipments

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit or is not what you ordered, contact us within 5 business days and keep all packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier. We will repair or replace the item at no charge.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the purchase price, less any restocking fee, to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days of receipt. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
