Shipping policy

Lead time

Most products typically ship in 1-2 weeks. Items in stock often ship sooner. Custom tooling ships on the lead time stated in your quote. If something will take longer than expected, we will contact you.

Where we ship

Online orders ship from Galena, Illinois to addresses in the United States. For shipments outside the U.S., please contact us at info@airgaging.com for a quote.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination. If you would like us to ship on your own UPS or FedEx account, or you need to order on a purchase order, please request a quote and we will set it up for you.

Tracking

When your order ships you will receive an email with the carrier and tracking number.

Damage in transit

Please inspect your shipment when it arrives. If anything is damaged, contact us within 5 business days and keep all packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier.
