What it does

• Builds a part program as a QR code: program name, inch or mm, decimals, and up to 3 characteristics, each with channel (or the mean or difference of two channels), nominal, tolerances, fixture and bargraph direction.
• Single master and dual master in one tool: switch with the toggle at the top. Enter one master size for the M5-L and M5-H, or the MIN and MAX masters for the M5 Dual.
• Share, save or print the code: keep a sheet of QR codes at the gage so any operator can load the right part in seconds, with no typing errors.
• Free and private: no sign-up, nothing is sent to us, and once installed it works without an internet connection.
