Our Story
We bring over 25 years experience working in the air gaging industry. We have experience with most brands of air gaging equipment including, Air Gage Company, Air Gage Products, Edmunds, Etamic, Marposs, Mahr Federal, Sheffield, Stotz, Western Gage and many others. Our focus is providing the customer with the best gaging and digital display units to fit their needs and then following up with unmatched after-sale support in the industry. We don't consider the sales cycle complete until the customer is fully satisfied with the products purchased. We are registered as a small business under CAGE code 7E3Y8.
Our History
Our founder, Christopher Koehn, was hired by Stotz Feinmesstechnik GmbH from Gerlingen Germany as President of the newly formed Stotz USA LLC company and it was officially opened Freeport IL. Economic troubles worldwide in 2010 caused the closure of all offices of Stotz with the exception of the headquarters in Gerlingen, Germany. To support the existing customer and continue to build the brand, Stotz signed an agreement with Advanced Machine and Engineering from Rockford IL. Christopher Koehn was hired by them to continue to manage and grow the product. In 2015, Chris left the company and formed Air Gaging LLC. In 2018, Air Gaging LLC officially bought out the inventory and customer list for the air gaging segment only from Advanced Machine and Engineering. In 2019, Air Gaging LLC added the Metro product lines from Metro S.A. based in France.
